How we handle your data.

Who we are

Enhanced Impact Limited (company no. 11980171, registered in England & Wales, registered office 22-26 King Street, King's Lynn, Norfolk PE30 1HJ) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are a technology and data engineering supplier to regulated firms; we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and do not provide compliance, investment or financial advice.

What we collect, and why

Contact form. If you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message, so we can respond to your enquiry. This data is processed on the lawful basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and is stored in HubSpot, our CRM provider, who act as a processor on our behalf.

Campaign attribution.If you arrive via a link with campaign parameters (for example from an advert), those parameters are held in your browser's session storage - not in cookies, and not transmitted anywhere - and are included with your message only if you submit the contact form, so we know which campaign you came from.

Bot protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser for that purpose.

Analytics and advertising cookies. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies without your consent. If such tools are enabled on this site, a consent banner will ask you first; declining keeps the site fully functional with no cookies set. Where consented, we may use Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag or Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure advertising.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and reviewed periodically. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of them, contact us via the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Third parties

We use the following processors: HubSpot (CRM, enquiry data), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and bot protection), and - only with your consent - the analytics/advertising providers listed above. We do not sell personal data.
