Solution/ compliance_aware_marketing

Marketing that knows the rules.
And proves the revenue.

Most marketing tooling has never heard of the FCA. We build the layer that sits on top of your funnels - promotions approved with an audit trail, audiences that respect vulnerability flags, and spend linked to onboarded revenue, not clicks.

The problem/01

Your agency is good at funnels. The FCA isn't their job.

Regulated firms buy marketing from people who've never read the financial promotions rules - so compliance reviews copy over email after it's designed, nobody can say which campaigns produced actual clients, and the retargeting list doesn't know which prospects your own systems have flagged as vulnerable. The marketing isn't bad. The infrastructure under it is missing.

What we build/02

The compliance layer your funnels are missing.

To be clear about who does what: we're not a marketing agency, and we're not compliance consultants. Your team owns the campaigns and the judgment - we build the machinery that connects them.

promotions_workflow

Every financial promotion routed through approval, versioned, and held in a register - the evidence trail the rules expect, generated as a by-product of just running marketing.

click_to_revenue

Campaign parameters captured first-party, carried to the enquiry, joined to the book. Which campaigns produce clients - and where the next pound works hardest: diminishing returns and channel effects measured properly, not last-click guesswork.

audience_guardrails

Vulnerability flags from your own systems enforced in targeting and retargeting - flagged clients excluded automatically, with the exclusion logged as evidence.

comms_testing

Systematic checks on client-facing copy - required disclosures present, readability scored - supporting the consumer understanding outcome instead of hoping.

marketing_data_foundation

Ad platforms, web, CRM and book data joined into one governed model - the same foundation that powers your compliance checks powers your growth decisions.

consent_done_properly

Tracking and preference management that respects UK GDPR and PECR by design - because a marketing stack a regulator can read is part of the brief.

Questions firms ask/03

Asked and answered.

  • Do you replace our marketing agency?
No - we sit underneath them. Your agency (or in-house team) keeps doing creative and campaigns; we build the infrastructure around their work: the approval workflow their copy passes through, the audience rules their targeting respects, and the attribution that shows what their spend actually produced.
  • Is this advice on financial promotions rules?
No. Your compliance team or external advisers decide what's compliant - we build the workflow that routes every promotion through that approval, versions it, and keeps the register a regulator would ask for. We make your approach operational; we don't define it.
  • How does click-to-revenue attribution work in a regulated firm?
Campaign parameters are captured when a prospect first lands, carried through to the enquiry, and joined to your CRM and book data once they onboard. No third-party tracking cookies are required for the core loop - it's first-party data joined properly, which most firms already have and never connect.
  • What does 'vulnerable-audience guardrails' actually mean?
If your systems flag a client as potentially vulnerable, that flag can automatically exclude them from retargeting lists, cross-sell campaigns and promotional segments - and the exclusion itself is logged as evidence. Most firms run marketing and vulnerability registers as two systems that never speak; connecting them is the point.
  • Which tools do you work with?
The mainstream stack - HubSpot and similar CRMs, Google and Meta ads, LinkedIn, standard email platforms. The approach is tool-agnostic: we add the compliance and measurement layer on top of whatever runs your funnels today.

What did last quarter's marketing actually produce?

If the honest answer is "clicks and a feeling", the diagnostic will be useful: 20 minutes, we map your funnel and your data, and tell you what connecting them would show.

no deck. no obligation. just numbers.
